## JOB SUMMARY

Data2Bots, an IT Consulting Company, is looking for a Business Process Owner across its value streams

  • Data2bots Academy: This is a Data2Bots Value stream that is focused on  training and upskilling platform for Data professionals
  • Data2Bots Extended Team: is a value stream within Data2Bots that is focused on providing and outsourcing experienced cloud-certified data professionals providing cutting-edge data solutions for our clients.
  • Data2Bots Solutions: A service for delivering  generic and customized data platforms solutions

As a Business Process Owner, you would manage all business and non-technical related processes for the specific value stream and you would be responsible for the day-to-day business operations management of the value stream and the associated platform.

## QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of Sales, Business, Product, or Process Ownership
  • Experience in Edtech as a facilitator/instructor or admin personnel is an added advantage for Business Process Owner for the Data2Bots Academy Value Stream
  • Experience in IT support is a plus for D2B Academy BPO
  • Experience in Sales or  Sales Engineering  a plus for D2B Solutions Business Process Owner
  • Ideally a tech-savvy with a strong desire to learn
  • Experience creating technical documents, business flows, and process diagram
  • Experience working in an agile environment is a plus
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Good communication and leadership skill
  • Sound process improvement skills
  • Good Business Judgment

## RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Process Owner at Data2Bots, your responsibilities would include:

  • Manage all business-related processes for the specific value stream you are assigned to, which could be Data2Bots Academy, Data2Bots Extended Team, or Data2Bots Solutions.
  • Implement and execute management decisions to completion, ensuring that projects and initiatives are carried out effectively.
  • Take ownership of all non-technical activities within the value stream, overseeing and coordinating various business operations.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and markets to expand the value stream's reach and services.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and the technical development team. You will facilitate communication and collaboration between these teams to ensure the smooth development, testing, and implementation of new processes and systems, as well as enhancements to existing ones.
  • Analyze existing processes for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to optimize workflows.
  • Strategize and align the vision and focus of the value stream with the overall company roadmaps and objectives. 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets for the specific value stream you are managing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Technical Process Owner to assess the effectiveness of programs and processes and make improvements as needed. Your role is critical in ensuring the synergy between technical and business aspects within the value stream.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns.

BUSINESS PROCESS OWNER: DATA2BOTS SOLUTIONS ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Engineer role, preferably in the IT or data solutions industry.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and recommend suitable generic or customized data platform solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase Data2Bots Solutions' capabilities and value proposition to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the technical development team to ensure seamless integration of data platform solutions for clients.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, addressing technical queries and concerns raised by clients.
  • Participate in client meetings, understand their technical needs, and offer insights on how Data2Bots Solutions can meet those requirements effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, including cost estimates and project timelines, in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to continuously enhance the sales approach and product offerings.

BUSINESS PROCESS OWNER: DATA2BOTS ACADEMY ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leverage experience in Edtech as a facilitator/instructor or admin personnel to understand the unique needs of Data2Bots Academy and enhance the training and upskilling platform for Data professionals.
  • Provide technical support and assistance for queries specifically applicable to Data2Bots Academy, the training and upskilling platform for Data professionals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, leveraging your Edtech experience, to drive revenue and achieve sales targets for the specific value stream you are managing.
