Tasks:

    Take responsibility
    : You are the Measuring Tool’s Ambassador as well as Business Partner for all marketing and sales functions across all teams in Poland.

    You are supporting growing the company's revenue in Poland by developing trust relationships with key partners and ensuring, that they are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Implement marketing strategy: You develop, implement and coordinate the marketing strategy (marketing calendar and promotional activities) with the aim to increase brand visibility with clear focus on online communication, POS brand appearance as well harmonized pricing in alignment with country PT (Power Tools) sales management.
  • Business development: You pro-actively seek and approach new opportunities for sales growth in Poland by identifying client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Operational business: monthly KPI steering and reporting, steer of the product mix, distribution development, communication budget planning, input on product planning to logistics and product price management.
  • Think ahead and support: You bring an active contribution to develop new projects beyond responsibility area with participation in cross-functional teams.

    • Represent MT interest with contracted entities
    • Interacts with the teams with positive leadership skills
  • Working Practice:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience with sales and marketing with proven results
  • Experience and Knowledge:
    • Operational experience in marketing and demonstration of strategic outlook
    • Good online marketing and e-commerce knowledge
  • Qualifications:
    • Very good understanding of buying decisions in retail channels
    • Good know-how of digital requirements for future B2B, B2C transactions
  • Enthusiasm:
    • proactive work ethic and inspiration through creativity and pragmatism
  • Languages:
    • You are fluent in Polish and English
