Manage and execute the SOX program, collaborating with departments, process owners, and auditors.Conduct SOX testing of processes and controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Review and update SOX documentation.
Cultivate professional relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues.
Identify and communicate control deficiencies, perform root cause analysis, and assess their impact.
Track and report on management action plans.
Continuously improve the SOX program and optimize financial and operational processes.
Requirements:
✔️ Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
✔️ Proactive and innovative, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
✔️ 3-5 years of experience as a global SOX manager.
✔️ Previous experience in a multinational high-tech company is advantageous.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA or CIA.
✔️ MBA is a plus.
✔️ Familiarity with COSO and SEC/PCAOB regulations.
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global work environment.
✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
