We are seeking a skilled and experienced office admin/HR manager to join our team. The candidate must have good understanding of IT/Software house industry.
Your responsibilities as an office admin will include:
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
- Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company
- Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
- Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
Your responsibilities as the HR manager will include:
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Updating databases internally, such as leaves, new joiners, leavers, salaries
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. offer letters, employment contracts and recruitment guides
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
- Communicating with external partners
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
- Posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, maintaining a database of candidates, making calls with candidates, scheduling interviews and conducting interviews.
- Creating documentations for projects
Skills and competencies:
- Experience as a HR administrator or Office administrator.
- Experience in MS office, social media platforms
- Good understanding of website development & designing.
- Organizational skills and ability to priorities
- Interpersonal with good communicative skills
- At least Bachelor degree
- Experience in composing, and checking emails
