QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Graduate of any Engineering Course (preferably BS Industrial Engineering)
- Must have at least 3 years of work experience in Manufacturing Industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise and monitor daily activities and accomplishments of subordinates.
- Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting Staff and Jr. Staff
- Monitor, measure and report process performance and general issues
- Make appropriate decisions while following the company policy and organizational structure
- Undertake full responsibility in the absence of Manger, especially in handling abnormalities and decision making based on set company rules/standards
- Determine the need to establish new/revise/obsolete document of each identified process.
- Review and establish Work Instructions, Guidelines and other related documents for the improvement of process
- Supervise activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinates.
- Evaluate performance of subordinates for employment status, appraisal and promotion purposes
- Ensure that tasks of subordinates are carried out efficiently and documents are maintained accurately and in accordance with standards
- Develop activity or project that may contribute to the performance of the group
- Promote continuous improvement to achieve plans for future growth within the company
- Conduct weekly review of Production Plan to have advance computation and planning of manpower and working time based on target efficiency
- Helps Staff to navigate and resolve issues, loss and downtime and coordinate alternate method
- Conduct coaching, counselling and disciplining members
- Maintain health and safety of work environment by promoting health and safety-related policies.

Salary: Php21,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
