Accounting Assistant (with monthly allowances) [Philippines]

Job Summary:

  • Prepare tax payments
  • Complete quarterly and annual tax reports
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
  • Share financial data with the accounting department
  • Assist in reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Maintain financial reports, records
  • Handling BIR compliances
  • Other tasks that may be assigned

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Has experience in the related field is required
  • Has experience in handling taxation, BIR books of account, BIR compliances and BIR transactions, tax annualization, audit, LOA and other tax related transactions
  • Has basic knowledge with accounting
  • Has good English communication skills both written and oral.
  • Able to get along in a team well
  • Proficient in MS Office and knows how to use some formulas is an advantage
  • Willing to extend hours if needed
  • Willing to work in BGC, office set up, from Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm
  • Amenable working in BGC location
