Job Summary:
- Prepare tax payments
- Complete quarterly and annual tax reports
- Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
- Share financial data with the accounting department
- Assist in reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Maintain financial reports, records
- Handling BIR compliances
- Other tasks that may be assigned
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Has experience in the related field is required
- Has experience in handling taxation, BIR books of account, BIR compliances and BIR transactions, tax annualization, audit, LOA and other tax related transactions
- Has basic knowledge with accounting
- Has good English communication skills both written and oral.
- Able to get along in a team well
- Proficient in MS Office and knows how to use some formulas is an advantage
- Willing to extend hours if needed
- Willing to work in BGC, office set up, from Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm
- Amenable working in BGC location
