Duties and Responsibilities
- Send invoices to our clients
- Review and pay invoices to our vendors
- Approve expense reports from other employees
- Create quarterly financial reports
- File our annual taxes
Requirements and Qualifications
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or a relevant degree
- Accounting experience & Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
- Remote work experience (preferred)
- Strong computer proficiency
- Excellent mathematical and organizational skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
