Immediate start for Reception, Administration, Customer Service, and Business Support roles in Sydney CBD and Northern Sydney. Competitive hourly rates for Temp and Contract positions.

People2people is actively seeking candidates with prior experience in Reception, Administration, Customer Service, and Business Support roles. Our clients are based in both Sydney CBD and Northern Sydney, across various industries. We are seeking candidates who can undertake short assignments or potentially commit to up to 12 months, with temp-to-perm opportunities.

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:


  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms and communal areas
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
  • Providing ad hoc administration support to various teams
  • Managing administrative systems, processes, and policies
  • Coordinating and managing records and databases
  • Processing payments or handling invoices

What you will bring to the role:
  • Previous experience working within Reception, Administration, Customer Service or General Business Support roles
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional demeanour and professional presentation
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage various systems or learn if required
