As Salesforce Administrator, you will work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform. You will also provide the proper configuration of functionality in Salesforce and working directly with technical teams to build features based on understanding of user needs, data and available Salesforce features.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collect requirements and design functionality on the level of relatively small modules
- Analyze issues within the system landscape and solution implementation in Salesforce
- Work with engineers to make sure technical solution satisfies all requirements
- Collect feedback from end users and improve initial design to make sure high level of adoption
- Support users and monitor user adoption of Salesforce features
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders and propose solutions
- Provide user training and create training materials as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required skills
- 6 months - 1 years working experience in the relevant position
- Understand the standard object, custom object and types of relationship
- Understand basic business process and map it to Salesforce built-in functionalities
Nice-to have skills
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Fast learning and eager to learn new things
- Able to analytical thinking and result-orientation
- Good English skills.
