The opportunity

Due to the continued growth of our practice and consistently high demand for technology consulting services, we are now recruiting a Senior Associate (IT Project Management) in our Technology Advisory practice in Athens.

We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals who have a commitment to excellence in client service and are passionate about how technology could be an enabler in our digital world.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage projects external and internal stakeholders (business and technical teams)

  • Develop project charters incl. scope, objectives, project governance, project plan, etc.

  • Estimate projects’ resourcing needs and develop IT project management plans.

  • Coordinate business and technical resources to plan and execute project’s activities.

  • Coordinate or lead requirements analysis / testing phases.

  • Monitor projects through the entire project lifecycle with appropriate KPIs, report and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Conduct project’s risk assessment and deliver mitigation plans.

  • Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables.

  • Participate in Steering committees and project weekly meetings to deliver project status updates.

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and provide lessons learnt.

  • Utilise good Project Management practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project’s lifecycle

What we are looking for

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant fields; advanced degrees (MBA or other master’s degree) viewed favorably.

  • Proven track record and professional experience 3-4 years in IT Project Management, ideally in the financial sector.

  • Experience in IT Requirements Analysis/UAT scenarios design/execution would be an asset.

  • Clear and concise spoken and written communication style tailored to each specific audience.

  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Exceptional business acumen to understand client demand

  • Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.

  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skill to build sustain relationship with all people at all levels throughout the organization.

  • Technical fluency and ability to speak knowledgeably about broad technology, business trends and product details.

  • Military obligations fulfilled.
