As Area Procurement Specialist you'll enhance and continuously develop Red Bull's global procurement processes and systems landscape by managing and supporting procurement internal as well as cross-functional initiatives. This includes close collaboration with procurement colleagues and stakeholders from subsidiaries, as well as other departments, to optimize and ensure best integration of procurement processes, IT systems, standards and tools.

Job Description

PROCUREMENT DEVELOPMENT

You'll support in a broad variety of procurement projects that aim at developing the procurement organization & structures. It'll be part of your job, to co-develop the procurement roadmap with the subsidiary’s organization in alignment with Headquarters strategies. You'll identify and manage knowledge gaps and establish training documents. As part of the team of Area Procurement, you'll be responsible to guide the countries procurement function in structural requests such as policy feedback, roadmap development, organizational set up and many more.

PROCUREMENT PROJECTS

In this position you'll use your procurement expertise to identify, initiate, manage and contribute to Procurement internal, cross-functional and IT projects. You'll use and share project management methodology and act as project lead or coach. Also, you'll ensure proper documentation of projects, project results and workflows. It'll be a main part, to manage Red Bull’s internal stakeholders on the headquarter and subsidiary level to closely liaise the different expectations and requirements.

PROCUREMENT PROCESS DEVELOPMENT

Part of your responsibility will also be to improve, develop, and implement standard procurement processes including tools for key procurement activities to facilitate the way of working. You'll develop and implement a global procurement process model blueprint together with the team. By doing that you'll develop and offer best practice tools and templates for procurement activities. In this role you'll update and enhance our procurement process landscape.

Qualifications

University degree in business administration, IT/technology or a related field

2-5 years of experience in managing process improvements and IT System related projects (incl. very good knowledge of project and process management methods and tools)

General understanding of procurement processes and tools (SAP ERP and Ariba), ideally in the FMCG industry. Advanced level of MS Excel skills

Passion for procurement and a high level of personal energy and drive. Effective problem-solving skills

Team player with entrepreneurial and networked thinking who likes presenting and moderating. Passionate about working with a variety of stakeholders in an international environment

Fluent English skills, another additional language is beneficial

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.181 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
